8:30 a.m : Breakfast
9:30 a.m : Relaxation or outing/activity
1:00 p.m : Lunch
3:30 p.m : Relaxation or outing/activity
5:30 pm : Asanas
7:30 p.m : Dinner
8:30 p.m : Rest or short gathering or ceremony in accordance with the day's theme.
